This notice covers the Next Solutions website, which showcases our applications, and enquiries about this website. Next Set has a separate app privacy policy covering its training records, accounts, optional features and app support.

Browsing this website

You can browse application descriptions and links without creating an account. This website has no forms, workout logging or payment collection. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.

We have not added advertising pixels, marketing analytics or third-party tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process network addresses, request information and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. The hosting platform may use essential cookies or storage for access, security and site delivery, including during private preview access.

Contacting support

Email links open your email app; they do not automatically send a message. If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to include, and use them to respond to your enquiry. The email services involved also process that correspondence.

Start with a short description of your request. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. Do not send a complete app backup in your initial message. Questions about migrating records into Next Set are covered by Next Set migration support and its app privacy policy.

Your choices

Tell us which enquiry your request concerns and whether it involves a message or an attachment. A brief description is enough to start; do not send a complete app backup. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. We may need to verify that the request is yours and will explain any applicable limitations.

For app account records or information stored only on your device, follow the relevant app’s privacy policy and data controls. Support correspondence is handled separately from an application account. Deleting an app account does not automatically remove messages held by email providers. Hosting and email providers retain information under their own service terms and applicable requirements.

Application links take you to separate websites or services, which describe their own data practices. You can read the relevant privacy policy before using an application or sharing information with its support team.
